Debbie Belis

Debbie Brahs, a leading telecommunications professional for more than 22 years, plays a major role in the business development and contract management of EP Techworks. She has successfully helped EP Techworks establish strategic alliances and a strong presence in the regional federal, education and healthcare marketplace.
In 2012, Debbie was named a Future 15 Awardee by the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for the Fastest Growing Companies in El Paso, Texas. She also has been a speaker for the Women's Business Border Center to help women entrepreneurs succeed in the federal marketplace.

Prior to her role at EP Techworks, Debbie worked as an Operations Manager at Sky City Communications, a division of Acoma Business Enterprises. Under her leadership, the Pueblo of Acoma expand its fiber optic network and developed their telecommunications division into a revenue generating business with more than 30 employees.

Debbie was born in Roswell, New Mexico and grew up in El Paso, Texas. Her passion is to solve problems for customers with innovative ideas and technology, especially those in underserved communities, as well as invest in her employees to help them realize their full potential in their careers.

Luis Prieto

Technology has changed dramatically over the last three decades and Luis Prieto, founder of EP Tech, has worked in tech through all those exciting advancements. Luis Prieto, originally from Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico has for decades called El Paso, Texas home while pursuing his career in technology. He is a proud graduate of Del Valle High School and the University of Texas at El Paso.

Luis is raising his four children and raising a company at the same time. He takes enormous pride in what he is building on both fronts and credits his own Dad for giving him the dream of business ownership. Through his father's example Luis learned the value of integrity, hard work and dedication. Luis started EP Techworks not only to provide a service but to also build long standing business relationships with his community based on quality and trust. El Paso is home and technology is his passion.

Luis is an avid golfer with hopes of one day being able to play all the major golf courses in the U.S. His ultimate bucket list items include world travel to places like Dubai, Greece and Egypt. Sportsmanship runs deep in his veins, so his employees and customers are his team. Luis knows building expert technology infrastructure for businesses is the goal and he revels in exceeding customer expectations. His long-term goals for EP Techworks include expanding the business to other cities by continuing to delivery top notch quality and service.

Our new Project Manager who will be managing our travel teams all over the country. Louis has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry managing large projects all over the US. He brings with him a solutions oriented philosophy to help ensure top performance, on time completion and all within client budget.
